I know that if you are reading these reviews you are thinking about possibly moving in.Please do yourself a favor and DONT.I rented from out of state and it was the worst decision ever because i didnt see the place first.Here is a list of the problems we encountered.

-The carpet was extremely dirty when we got there.The leasing manager just told us "Oh dont worry about it,these buildings are old and they arent expected to be perfect".Black stains began to resurface from pets that had urinated before.When we moved out we were told WE had to get the carpet cleaned.

-The people in the complexes across the street are trouble.There are also gun fires late at night several times a week.This does happen and you can contact the local police department to verify this if you have to.Nothing has never been done about it.I guess they dont plan on doing anything.We even caught someone climbing up our balcony one night.Its not safe if you have children.This is the very reason we moved out.

-The ladies who work the office are the rudest people.They get mad when you call to let them know your apartment needs some work....as if they have to do it.They have an "im better than you attitude"...and you probably get paid more than they do.

-The place is old and yes some wear and tear is understanable but the upkeep isnt good at all.I metioned before.Instead of using money to help repair and make the apartments more presentable,they invest in really expensive signs to put out front.

Carpet was dirty
7 layers of molded linoleum carpet was still in the bathroom.You could tell it was from the 70's with the retro colors.We had to take it all out ourselves and put something decent down because of allergic reactions from the mold.

-Dont let them tell you that they spray for bugs.They never came even once to spray and ants were comming in everywhere.....and yes we did keep it clean.

-The washer and dryer set up is very aggravating.The washer goes in the hallway and the dryer goes in the closet of the smallest bedroom.Im not a lazy person but DANG....very inconvenient

-The structure isnt safe.The ceiling was gradually dropping above the living room closet.

-The rent is outragous considering everything you get and have to put up with.They over charge because this is a military town and they get by with it.

Thats only some,im not going to write a novel.Do yourself the favor and reconsider.
