Where to start...

I moved here Dec 2006, were moving out Nov 2007. We have a 3 bedroom (apt 2116). Id say this is one of the nicer apartments Ive seen in the complex.

Problems weve had here consist of...
-Roaches: I catch them and bag them and I have over 30 bags)
-Mice: We had family staying over and they actually caught a mouse in my dining room!!! After that we had mice in the walls and in the kitchen...one actually ran over my foot when I was in the fridge!
-No hot water: the hot water has gone out twice since we lived here and trust me they didnt rush to fix it
-No AC: The A/C has stopped working several times...it either completely stopped working and they came 10 hours later to fix it or froze up and needed to be turned off a few hours before being turned on and working again (which I figured out by myself btw!)
-Holes in the floor: Under the carpet you can feel that the floor has completely given out. We also have a few spots where you can actually rock back and fourth like a see saw. In the 3rd bedroom theres a spot where there is loose tiles under the carpet (so annoying btw!)
-Poor insulation: You can forget about keeping a/c and heat in the building without a huge electric bill.
-Poor over all appearance: The walls look like they were painted by a blind man...Idk who painted them but geez...get some glasses!
-Noisey: We have KMart shopping center behind our apt...not only is it loud when trucks unload but they also have these security lights that are bright and shine right in the bedroom windows. Not to mention on the weekends its like a block party outside my door...drunks out on the small not so very private balcany. Did I meantion people leave their dogs outside barking'
-Rude staff: Since we moved here I think we switched out office crew at least 4 times' They are always very rude and dont care about your problems. I went down there one time with a bunch of roaches and demanded they spray my apartment (which they had refused before) and they apartment managers exact words were "so what its just roaches"
-Lazy fix it crew: Every time we had a problem they wouldnt respond right away. Now I can understand if theyre busy but I mean they wouldnt even answer the emergancy pager. Not cool.
-Parking: Parking is great...that is if everyone in the complex had one car...which they dont.

And thats just a start of the problems Ive had here. Ive seen other apartments in the complex that look a lot worse then this one also. There are people a few apts over that have leaking caving in ceilings that the office doesnt seem to care about either. Also upon moving out they surprised us with a $95 carpet cleaning fee...it doesnt even include that in the lease!!

I lived in Liberty Crossing for a year. The maintenence people are nice but in all honesty never really fully fix anything. The AC would not work in the apartment and they said it was simply because we lived in an upstairs apartment and heat rises. However, no one else I knew that lived there had the same problem. The carpets are badly stained and the bathroom sink and bathtub leaked all of the time. I would wake up to the sound of water dripping. The bugs are horrendous and the water bugs/cockroaches are a big fan of running into the apartment from the balcony in packs. I literally would coat my balcony with raid every other day. I was constantly getting notices on my door, claiming that I had a Rottweiler. (which aren't allowed) When I owned a black Lab and Miniature Pinscher. The washing machines are very expensive, at $3.00 a load and seem to go up every few months. In the fall seasons they stop cleaning the pool, so all fall/winter/spring while the pool is closed, it has a nice bright lime green slime everywhere. Pretty disgusting to look at. The neighbor below me had issues during the rainy season, where her entire apartment flooded out and literally had 3 inches of water. Her husband was deployed and she had a newborn baby and it literally took them weeks to get around to getting the water out. There are cops constantly in the neighborhood due to all the fights and stuff going on over there and it probably doesn't help that the neighborhood right next to it, is a place where people who have alcohol and drug problems are court-ordered to live. There is a big field on the side where I used to let my Dogs run and that would probably be the only thing that I paticularly liked about it.
