I currently live in Liberty Crossing, I HATE IT! I loved it when I first moved in. The maintenance men were wonderful, very nice. I HATE the receptionists, as soon as we signed that lease they were jerks!!! I currently have a water leak and mold problem in my house, I called about many problems with my house numerous time. Such as....my toilet in the master bedroom does NOT flush, my dishwsher NEVER works, all my faucets are leaking, where the washer hookup is, that is also leaking and causing the mold! You know what they told me'''!!! They said to spray tilex on it and tht ws it....wth!'!' They had to take the crpet out of my daughters bedroom closet (3 months later still has NOT been replaced)!!! Great location, BAD neighborhood. My neighbor was followed from the piggly wiggly (around the corner) all the way to her home! They suck when it comes to customer service. They will charge you extra on the rent for b.s. They tried to charge me 25.00 for a bathroom rug over a chair on my patio! They said "I was in violation"! I have mold in my house that they have yet to take care of, but yet I'm in violation'!'! I thought that te letter was so funny, it's STILL on my fridge. The neighbors are great, very friendly. Mostly military. PARKING sucks! The laundry facility ALWYS ets your quarters, and you cn call the number, but they NEVER call back. I honestly HATED IT! The mold problem is sooooo bad that I had to go as far as calling the health department, and go back to my hometown because they just are not healthy living conditions!
