I spoke with Liberty Crossing over a period of 2.5 weeks. They told me they had a 2br apt available 9-1-08. I told thenm I would be there 8-19-08 to see it. I called the am of the 19th and told the girl I would be there at 12pm and did she still have that apt. She said yes, I told her I was on my was to rent it (coming from DC area). I got there at 12:15 pm and she said she had just rented the apt at 9am that morning but she had another available. After spending about 1 hour with her she would not let me see the inside of the apr, told me that there was no mold problem (this site says there is)and the apt would be ready 9-1-08.
We went back to the office where I was about to sign the lease when I saw apt available 9-27-08. I told her I needed it by 9-1-08. ------ said she would try to find me one that she did have another coming open on the 2nd floor and I told her I had to have it. I told her I was going to go eat luncg and for her to call me within 2 hours. Today is 8-27-08 and no phone call.
The next apt complex bent over backwards to get me in something til a 2 br came available (at no extra cost to me. Thye also said that Liberty Crossing lies to everyone (gets them to sign leases hoping they don't find out until it is to late).

Cardinal Apartments. They are very nice and worked with me in a pinch. I think they are great.

No on is allowed to hold a apartment base on your coming to see it (apt). In order for someone to hold a apt you must reserve it I'm sure she call you back if you where interested. So why get on here lie if you had took the proper step to reserve it you would have it.
