Make sure you have renters insurance if you want to live here

They spend so much time and effort keeping the outside nice and yet the inside is a craphole. The ceiling in the bathroom and the second bedroom closet are sagging, patched over 100 times from all the past leaks. Since we've lived here we've had 2 leaks both times were because they forgot to turn of the water from the upstairs apartment and the plumber forgot to tighten the water shut off valve in the livingroom closet. I'm really concerned about mold. There is the smell of it from our last leak. The carpets also smell quite bad. My husband has allergic bronchitis and we think that this aparment is making things worse. My kids room smells from the dryer being in the closet and it getting so hot and humid when it's on even with the window open. But if you don't mind walls that have been painted and patched over and spackled a thousand times, scratched up counter tops, closet doors that don't open and close, hearing your neighbors clearly DOING EVERYTHING and I mean EVERTHING, having music blasting at all hours of the day and night, parties going on in the front of your door, and people not picking up their dog poop EVER then live here. The good...the outside is decent(aside from the poop), and we've never had a problem with the people in the office or maitenance coming when called.
Oh, I've never heard of paying $70 a month for water for a small apartment and you also have to pay to rent their washer/dryer.
I'm just glad we are moving SOON.
