Rent is cheap, carpets and appliances are old in my unit, although I have started seeing replacements comming in to other units when tenants have checked out. Also new roofs have been enstaled on some buildings. Grounds are well maintained. Buildings are old but maintained. Each unit has one parking spot, and there are free spots on the side. Quiet and peacefull. Rules are inforced. Friendly maintenance peosonell are friendly and helpfull. (Had no help moving larg objects in to my apt, maint man helped me for free!)Overall good place to live.
