I have been living in parkwest for few months and here is the truth about it..The manager is a great guy always dressed nice and smiling and always listen to you,the maint. man is ok , he is not the best it might take him a day or two to figure out how to fix something,but he is ok,the complex is quiet except weekends ,it is almost impossible to sleep because of the guys hanging around the complex till 4 am drinking in the parking lot ,plenty of parking around the complex...
the pool is too small and always full of kids..pool hours are from 10am-9pm but that is a big lie, pool is always closed early so that if u wanna have a swim between 8 and 9,forget it ...u r dreaming.
apartments is over priced , u can rent a 3 bedroom house for the same price.

The maintenance man is great, he does his best to get things done and in a timely manner. You know there are like 200 apartments and he can't just stop what he is doing to go straight to your problem unless it is extreme. Not sure if you are in the same complex, but you must be mistaken because the noise isn't enough to bother, you very seldom hear any and if you were to live in a house your gonna hear the same amount of noise. The pool isn't the biggest but at least we have one and it's clean. If you want to swim you just have to know when to go. Ive been to the pool for a week straight all day and the most kids I have seen are 2 (7 or 8 yr olds) and 2 babies. You are obviously miserable with yourself so you have to degrade everything and everyone around you to make yourself feel better. I strongly disagree with your opinion, besides if you hate it so bad then move.
