I lived in Park West Apartments for a year and a half, and I had both managers, and a few maintence people. For Jacksonville, NC the place is great for the price. Yes there are bugs, but I hate to tell you that is a thing of the south no matter where you live or how nice your home, they come in b/c of the area. All apartments are small(it's not a house) but small can be made liveable. I don't have a bad thing to say about Larry, who helped me many times when my husband was deployed. And anything that broke was fixed right away. I wasn't charged anything stupid, but I kept up my apartment. For an apartment and remember that is what it is, Park West is GREAT!! Even our friends that lived in other apartments loved Park West. So for anything bad said about this place I can say something good.
