My husband and I have lived here for a few months, and for Jacksonville, it's really not a bad place to live. It's a little overpriced I'd say, but it's one of the best apartment complexes you'll find in the area. It's not very big, and the way the kitchen is designed makes some of the cabinets hard to get to, but it's comfortable and liveable. I've found a few bugs, but that's part of living in the south, it's not like there's an infestation, and if you just ask Larry, the manager, he'll tell the sprayers to spray inside your apartment, they come once every other week. Larry is pretty lenient about the pet policy (as long as you clean up after them or they don't trash your apartment), along with several other policies in the lease. Dave the maintenance guy has always come immediately after I reported a problem. For apartment living, we're pretty comfortable and have good experiences so far.
