We lived in Park West for almost 2 years, and we didnt have many problems! You do have to remember that it is an apartment complex where hundreds of other people live too several others have lived in your space at one point! Both Amy & Larry were good managers and the maintance guys were always on time! Dave the current maitance guy was always very polite! If I ever move back to Jacksonville and decide to live in an apartment, I will go back to Park West!
They are updating the apartments! Each time someone moves out, they go in and add new things! I know they were painting the walls a different shade, and adding a foyer floor area at the front door to cut down on carpet replacement! I even heard 'rumors' about them building some more apartments across the street that are a lot nicer!!

If you could find out the name of the new apartments across the street, I'd love to look into them. Do you think they'll be availiable in November of this year??
