I loved living at Park West. Larry was always so kind and Dave was always willing to help me, especially while my husband was deployed. I always felt safe coming home at night after work and JPD does routines through the complex once in a while. The rent is cheap for the size of the apartment that you get. My husband and I lived in a two bedroom and I have to say that it was spacious. The restroom was a little small and the other things that kinda bothered me were the appliances in the kitchen. They were outdated and what always got to me was that when I would go to other peoples' apartments they had newer stoves and dishwashers!!! How did that happen' The problem that I am with them at the moment is that they are trying to charge $105 for seven hours of cleaning!!! Are you kidding me' I spent more time cleaning that apartment before I moved out then trying to pack because I didn't want them charging me for stupid things. I know for a fact that I left that apartment in good conditions and that I did a good job of leaving it clean. I wonder if others have had the same problem after they moved. All in all though I had a good experience living there. Like I said Larry is a very nice man, just very forgetful. You need to remind him of stuff. He about didn't give me back my 350 security deposit that I had to re-pay at the end.
