We got charged quite a bit upon moving out. I have never been charged until I moved out of this complex. They charged us for pet urine when the previous residents had the pet and the carpet had NOT been cleaned. WE DIDN'T HAVE A PET!! I steam cleaned the carpet 2-3 times a week to get the smell and feel out of the carpet. THEN they charge us for it!! Even when we complained while we lived there for bad carpet. Parking is horrible becuase of non residents parking wherever. When the lease says do not spackle the tiny nail holes...do it anyway. We didnt have much on the walls but got charged for it all. Another time, a man who was working with the maintence man walked straight into our house while me, my husband and sister were sitting on the couch. VERY INNAPPROPRIATE! If I knew then what I knew now, we would have lived somewhere else! Everything is fine while living there, until you tell them you have to move ACROSS COUNTRY and then it is as if they are trying to get you out of there as soon as possible and charge you along the way. It is the most unprofessional place I have ever lived at.
