So, im a marine wife, as for most of the ladies here, lol. well i moved to jacksonville from Texas, and its way more expensive than what i use to paying, 800$$ for rent. and its not that its 800$$ its that fact i think thier kinda small.i dont like the way the fridge covers the cabinets but from what im told the apts all look alittle different one that case, the bathrooms kinda small, but who needs a big bathroom' i love the little closet in the hallway, its cute :) has many of shelves. i hate the closet in the room, alittle small. my hubby has too many clothes!!, hmm. the staff is awesome the only thing that concerns me, is one day i was sick, had a virus, and i guess dave was at the door and once i finally heard him knocking he just walked in' and he had the wrong apt at that. but, when i take my dog out, hes really nice and talks to me alot. my husbnad missed a month of rent, due to fincial problems, and larry was very understanble, which i was impresses, i had never met him and i had to talk to him, and he was as sweet as can be.but the only main issue is what i mentioned in the beginning the 800$$ my friend pays 850$$ for a three bedroom two bath big, two story apt, right off the beach. another pays about 600 for bigger than what we have and thiers includes water and cable. but i love my neighbors!! :)

my friend stays off of emerald isle, and we already checked theres nothing left :( lol, do you live here too?? in park west?
