We have lived in Park West for 3 years and Larry is GREAT! Tim, the owner, on the other hand could stand to take the stick out of his ass! He is rude and will do anything for a buck, including trying to overcharge tenats when they move out and let known drug dealers and thier friends stay in an apartment just because the rent gets paid. He has been reported to Base Legal on a number of occasions (@ Camp Lejeune) and is currently being investigated and close to being blacklisted. If you are military I suggest you DO NOT list Park West at the top of your apartment shopping list or the new apartment complex (yet to be named) across the street from Park West for they are both owned by Tim!

also, you should see the way some people leave their apartments! its ridiculous, thats probly why they charge alot... people leave the rugs stained beyond belief, everything is nasty dirty, holes in the walls like big ones.. mini blinds ruined...
