My husband and I lived here for just about a year. The management is awesome. The area is also a plus; I was able to stay alone in the apartment (while my husband "The Marine " was training) and jog in the afternoon without ever feeling unsafe. Despite what others have said, the rent is in fact reasonable; taking into consideration, it is Jacksonville! We didn't encounter any pest issues nor do we have anything negative to say about Park West upon moving out. My husband and I would highly recommend this place!!
