this appeared to be an awesome apartment complex with high ceilings, crown moldings, beautiful fixtures and the like. Plusses: it's quiet and safe. But the materials turned out to be of mediocre quality and look slapped together. Our pool and fitness center (which we have been paying for for months) is still not built. Trash often piles up in the dumpsters and is disgusting. Bad design has created cesspools of standing water in grass and parking areas. Finding a parking spot at night is almost impossible. Management smiles at you and says they will fix things, but we are still waiting. The water pressure is at times just a drip. Bottom line: Dont move here.
