The apartment inside is beautiful. I looked passed the construction because they are new and still have units to build. Our move in date was pushed back several times. The office management is very VERY unorganized and the help they hired has no clue what she is doing. Multi-tasking is not something they can do. Our rent checks were lost and an eviction note was boldly posted on our door for everyone to see. Unless you get off work at 2pm, its next to impossible to find a parking spot at all. There is mud, dirt, and dust everywhere. The dumpsters are overflown usually all the time. The appliances did not work properly and our water pressure was about a one on a scale from one to ten. When I asked for a work order to be put in, the office help lost it and it took several attempts to get someone in there to look at our problems. Upon initial move in, it had not been cleaned. It was VERY dusty. The paint job is sloppy and they back door did not lock. The railing on the patio was not even connected. The so called gym and pool we are paying to use have yet to be done. ANy date that the office gives for completion is not what you should expect. These are a few of the problems we had.
