We happily moved in January 2006 thinking it was the greatest,Upon living here for a few months we realized things were not so grand. The Office is completely inadequate with everything they try to complete. It takes daily reminders to have repairs completed and even then it has taken us at the quickest three weeks for reapirs to be done. The construction is very shoddy, and under par for the "luxury apartments" they are supposed to be, the carpet, paint, and manufacuring are cheap. There is no insulation what-so-ever between the different floors and I can hear eveything going on upstairs and downstairs from me. The carpet fibers clog my vaccum twice daily, and stains mysteriously show up, the paint on the wall runs at the first sign of moisture; the humidity in Jacksonville is melting my apartment; and the crown molding is separating in several spots in the apartment. Outside the drainage is horrible the parking lot is always flooded from the irrigation, there is never enough garbage disposal cans for even one floor of apartments let alone the entire complex. The trash just starts piling up around the dumpster as soon as it is emptied. I wouldn't recomend these apartments to anyone.
