These apartments look nice for about the first week. Once you've lived in them for any period of time you notice the low quality put into everything in this apartment complex. The walls and floors are paper thin, yor hear every noise from the apartments above, below, or beside you. Doors and windows do not properly seal so the A/C and heat are always leaking out. They come and attempt to seal the doors but the only true way to fix them would to be tearing out the walls and starting over.
The office employees and managment are very disorganized and really have no clue what is going on. Garbage is always piling up all around the apartments. Whether it be construction or household garbage it is everywhere. The trash compacter is always full, so residence have to leave it by the compactor, which cause maggots and a hurrendous stence.
On any given weekend the police are in and out of the apartments. There is a total lack of security. So far there have been shots fired and fights on several occasions.
The parking is non exsistent after six p.m. and the parking lot is always flooded. Also the irrigation system often runs for atleast a hour at a time which cause flooding in the landscaping and in the random unfilled holes around the apartments, which breeds mosquitos.
