I don't know what the person below is talking about. Puller PLace is definately worth your time.Yes, the apartments are still under construction and some of the ammenities are not completed yet, but that is a known fact they tell you in the office when you move in. The apartments are worth alot more than two hundred a month. They are very nice. You can not beat the modern style any where in town, I have looked at all. I have not had a problem with the office staff at all. They do not make you pay more if you move out, my neighbor did and said that she didn't have any problems with getting out because of military orders. They have a military addendum that prevents that if the person below read the lease. I have not had a problem hearing anyone below me or above me. You would think that you would hear something from your neighbors occaisonally, but I haven't. I think that person is just upset because of something personal that had happened dealing with the lease.I have not had any trouble with anything here. I am sorry that some people have. I would recommend this place to anyone. It has been the best apartment experience I have had.
