I disagree with the manager's comment below. Just because someone writes a negative review does not mean that people have personal issues...they just feel a different way than you do and need to be allowed to voice their opinions. I personally, along with my roommate feel as though it has been the worst apartment living experience of my life. Maintenance problems do not get fixed soon enough, the noise in MY building is always out of control on the weekends, the apartments are not of good quality..one coat of paint on walls that peels off with the slightest touch, crumbling corners on the granite countertops, you get the picture. Also, the management is poorly run in my opinion- very unorganized, don't take care of bothersome manners in a timely fashion, etc. Upon move-in, the also kept telling my roommate and I that they should have the bldg open on such and such date, then it got pushed back and back and back for about 3 weeks....very frustrating. In my opinion, I just think that these apts are not a great place to live and unfortunately I am stuck living here for another 5 months b/c of my lease. So, word of advice, look elsewhere for a place to call home because these apts don't feel like home and after living here for an extended period of time, you would think so as well.

I agree with the above review, it could be a beautiful property but trash is out of hand, no parking, which I think maybe too may garages were built. Also even though we knew that the apartments were new, they told us it was under construction, but are apartment was ready to move in before we arrived, upon arrival, we found out that we had to stay in a hotel for at least 10 days. I think it would have been better to tell the truth in the beginning, it would of helped with all the headaches. I wouldn't reccommend these apartments to anyone.

I disagree with the comments above. Yes the apartments are underconstruction which can cause some hastle, but every place has a beginning. I have not talked to one person here that is unhappy with the management or their apartment. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and the newest in town. The parking around my building is not a problem at all. I do not believe that in other buildings there is a problem either. That is why they have parking stickers to limit the amount of people that park and leave their cars here that are not residents. I think that people take things for granted. If you went to another property...I can promise that you would have more problems there than here. Not everyone can be made happy. I believe that the people that wrote these reviews are some of them. If you do not like the apartments you can get out of your lease, but I know that would be something that you would regret.

You are definitely entitled to your opinion, but if you end up finding a better apartment complex in Jacksonville, please let us know. Apartment living is never going to be ideal. I've lived in many different apartment complexes, and this is definitely one of the best.
