Not worth the money!

Been here since it opened almost 2 years ago and it still looks like a construction site. Owners are only worried about money, and will raise your rent at any chance they get. Shoddy construction. They have had to rip down ceilings and walls twice already to fix problems and this takes about a week for each incident. Parking is a nightmare, they don't enforce any regulations. Noise between upstairs and adjoining apartments is loud and frequent, But they do spend all that rent money on cookies, drinks, and parties in the small club house, and tiny pool. Overall not worth it.
