The apartments are absolutely beautiful and spacious with the 2 Bedrooms across the apartment from each other...hard to find at other apartments in the area.

Two worst complaints.

Internet/Cable selection: They use a company called Broadstar. The internet never runs at the speed advertised. I paid for 3Meg down and recieved less then dial-up for the longest time. Many many problems with the poor internet/cable quality. If you are internet dependent, better check this one out good.

Parking:

Parking is horrible. If you are not home by five o'clock, you run the risk of having to walk from the front office to your apartment. I've had to do that many times. People are supposedly towed for not having passes or parking in Handicap/no parking zones but I've rarely seen that done.

The staff is great and helpful, and there are community events going on alot. Nice clean pool. Small fitness room, but large indoor basketball court (half court with two goals). Normally in a quiet area granted some new construction during the day does occur. Overall, after my lease is up, I will be out of here as I'm dependent on internet and cannot do my job without it. I can live with the parking but I like walking to.

Grills we were told that were being put in still haven't been placed. The parking lot floods a lot when it rains (literal rivers). After rain, the grounds stay soaked forever. Ground could use some much better drainage. Price was very good for the area for the amount of space you get.
