We have lived here for 9-10 months. The parking is terrible, you can never find a place to park in front of your building. The cable and Internet service provided is awful and there is not another option. The cable went out completely countless times during this year s super bowl. There is a tiny fitness room (more like a closet). There is constant construction going on around the property. We have found that if you are not on the top floor, you hear everything going on upstairs. (Very loud, especially if you have children) The pool is usually always clean and nice. The inside of the apartments are great, but the service and cost involved with living here definitely not worth it.
