Just shoot me an email at jaypridmore@yahoo.com and I will give you a call if I am not bombarded by emails...
To make a long story short, I have such a burning hatred inside when I think of this place that I get nauseous. They look O.K. on the inside, but the utter HELL that you experience from living there will make you suicidal.
I am going to try and call every individual that sends me an email in order to communicate my negative opinions about this business and it's Management. I want to tell everyone how horrible this experience really was...

The fact is, Jay, your pets runied the carpet - I did not have to settle
this account with you but I did. If you would like I can call
and tell the collection agency the deal is off and you can simply settle with them. The bottom line is, you decided to be a pet owner, and as an adult, and a responsible adult, it was your responsibility to maintain your apartment to a reasonable standard while having you pet. When pet urine seeps into the padding and the flooring under it, the smell simply doesn't come out by cleaning it. It's as simple as that.
The staff at our community were always fond of you and your wife and we hated to see you leave us. That being said, it is a business that we're running here, and we have to adhere to a certain standard concerning getting an apartment ready for the next resident, no matter how much we might like the exiting residents.
We hate to see you so angry about this situation Jay, but business is business, for us, it's not a personal attack.

I lived in Puller Place for 2 years and the management staff was great, the apartment beautiful, and the grounds were maintainly wonderfully. As with all new construction, there were a few speed bumps along the way. Yes, the parking lot would flood during heavy rains...but so does half of Jacksonville. That's the price you pay when you live so close to sea level. You are asked to be a responsible pet owner if you are going to live in this complex. You are asked to pick up the waste when the dog "goes" outside to keep diseases associated with fecal matter from spreading. That's a law...not just a suggestion. Whoever wrote the original statement regarding life at Puller Place must not have been a responsible pet owner. I had 2 dogs in my apartment and had no trouble when I checked out, but then again I didn't let them "go" in the house. My only regret about living at Puller Place was the quality of renters. One would think that the high price and quality of the establishment would restrict a certain type of person from living there, but that wasn't always true. Some people just don't know how to live in a respectable way.
