Wow where to start...The cable is no good, they have a contract with Broadstar and the TV and Internet service is not good at all. They told us when we moved in that the internet jacks in all the rooms worked, but after broadstar flipped a switch to turn on our internet only one jack worked, behind our bed. We contacted the management a few times(4 or 5) about it and they would not have any answer for it. Another thing is the BUGS! They say that they take care of the bug spraying, we called 3 or 4 times again about that and the management did not have an answer when the bug people would be coming. eventually they did come out to spray but barely sprayed anywhere. a few days later more bugs! Dont even try to call the emergency number at night, no one ever picks up, just call the cops 910-455-4000 you will get better help with the local police. As for parking, yea its great if you come to park when everyone is at work. And you might as well not get a guest parking pass for any guest because i have called the office about cars that are parked in the lot for days with no pass, and they say they dont tow them. If you have any maintenance problems the maintenance guys are great, but you have to contact them directly they are always walking around, if you call the office about a maintenance problem the maintenance guys will never get it. Overall the apartment building and actual apartments are not that bad, but the Management does not care about anything you have to say and have very few personal skills. If they got new management that actually cared about the residents then this place would be alot nicer! Id say save your money because it is pretty expensive and get a house somewhere else or another apartment.

I live at puller place as well, and can't help but laugh at the response of bugs in the apartments. The community has Dodson Pest Control come to service the apartments about every month it seems. I live on a first floor and I tend to see a few small pill bugs(rolli pollis) every now and then, but why wouldn't I? There are bugs among us....yes, that's right, we live in a world where there are bugs. Unless you live in a sealed bubble, I am sure there will always be some way for a bug or two to crawl in between some little space to eventually get in to your home no matter where you live.
