So we moved in here about 3 months ago and well we really liked it at first.
But now we are realizing it's not all nice.
To start with the parking is horrible, you can't find any where near your building to park EVER unless you don't leave your parking spot you have or you get off work way early which most of us don't get off work before 4:00pm, I have a baby and it's pretty bad that I have to walk 3 buildings just to get to mine, I'm not mad about having to walk but it's the point. They say they tow and enforce it, but they don't.
Also we can hear EVERYTHING upstairs talking, walking, ect ect. I do mean everything, it's annoying!! I guess the noise wouldn't be so bad if you're on the 3rd floor though.The apartment is nice but we are buying a house and our mortage payment is lower than the rent we paying here and our house is much much bigger and nicer(brand new)the carpet looked really nice when we moved in but slowly these weird spots started showing up and we don't eat or drink anywhere but our kitchen table so I know it's not from us. And if somethings wrong they do come fix it but it takes like a day or two, my shower head went crazy spraying water out all over the bath room and I called and told them and finally on day 3 they came to fix it.
The counter tops are really nice too but our contractor said the marble starts to crumble after awhile and needs replaced and often times the apartment don't care cause it's too expensive to fix. I have seen so many spiders living here than I have in my life, they came to spray but honestly the man went into the back bathroom and I didn't hear or see him spray anything and he left. So what the heck did that do' NOTHING!!And the parking lot floods not real bad but it floods. The staff is all very nice, except for one woman in there she is really rude but I think it's just her age.
Other than that the trash compactors are always full, so don't bother trying to throw your garbage away they come to dump it and it's full within the end of the day again so it's kinda annoying too having to deal with that.
I don't really know if I would reccomend this apartment or not. Does it matter if I do probably not.
