My husband and I have been living here for a little over 2 1/2 months and we love it. We don't love the parking. It should seriously be assigned. 2 cars per apartment, but even then there's not enough spots in the front for that to work for each building. We live on the 1st floor and we can't hear the people upstairs talking but we can hear them vacuuming, walking around, their children running around constantly, and we can hear their music and tv playing when they decide to turn it up super loud. We do feel extrememly safe and when my husband goes to the field or has duty he can rest assured that I'll be okay by myself. There have been a ton of spiders though, and I personally am deathly afraid of them. We feel the pet deposit is outrageous to the point we don't want animals of any type anymore. The layout is wonderful, I wish our sunroom was smaller to add more size to our bedroom, but what can you do. Broadstar sucks, we have the HBO channels and they are constantly skipping, or they won't work at all every week it's one or the other for days. Overall we love the place, and for our safety and comfort of our apartment (despite the negatives) it's worth the price.
