THis is by far the best Complex in jacksonville. I had a few problems when I first moved in including some windows that leaked when it rained heavy. Although I did have more problems then I should have, nthing was major and they aall were fixed within a day or two. The apartments are really nice and the staff is great. The complex is beautiful and gives easy access to everything while still being out of the main flow. The one area the needs improvement is the fitness center. There is usually something broken and the gear is limited. The gear that does work is past its date. Overall that is the only thing I have bad to say. Over all it is great.
