Let's cut to the chase. 50,000 Marines in the area, they pretty much have guaranteed clientele while the buildings are in fair condition. If you don?t like their service, that's too bad, they will find another renter to fill your place. That is the attitude I felt was projected towards me. When I complained about problems they could not or would not fix, they told me to have my lawyer call theirs. I like to call it, "Service with a middle finger."

Unfortunately you cannot please everyone and it sounds like this person was one of them. Most of the office staff are military families and they are very understanding and helpful! |
