My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost two years. From the beginning, the staff was friendly and accommodating. When we asked for a problem to be fixed, they would get it done as soon as possible (usually within two days). The amenities are nice and the staff continually adds to them (for example, we got three new machines and two TV's in the workout room recently). I feel safe here and most of the tenants are friendly. The only negatives we've noticed are a loud garbage disposal, thin walls, and noisy marines. This is the nicest apartment complex in Jacksonville!
