Big Mistake

It was just brought to my attention that the only women in the office that is nice to everyone no matter what, has been let go from the community. Big mistake. She was always in a good mood and talked with everyone. She treated everyone like a person and neighbor not a rent check or a work order. You will suffer from this change in the staff. Instead of being nice to everyone before they move in and only then, maybe you should carry it will you all the time. We are not just rent checks. You should rethink your decision in your staff change, seems to me that the manager is the most rude to the residents out of the whole staff.
