I've been living in the commons for a little over a month. I concur with the comment about the walls being thin as paper. But so far I haven't had too many problems. There is one problem however about the parking. Other residents friends have been parking in the residents parking and not in the guest parking spaces. That is about the only problem that I've had. Other than that I really enjoy my apartment. Its really nice and its a great area.

I hope you know where you live cause here at The Reserve there is no assigned parking. It's first come first serve - FREE FOR ALL!! There is tons of overflow parking - Best parking in town.
