The walls are very thin, at least the ceilings are. I was constantly arguing with my neighbors to walk like humans and not elephants. At one point I was told by the new manager that this is just apartment living and I had to expect to hear some noise from above. The new manager is a joke! She could care less about the residents, she was never helpful to me. I thought I was moving to a luxury community but it was more like party central. My neighbors always had parties and never cleaned up their trash! It was awful. The trash dumpster was always broke and everyweekend you would find mountains of trash at the one dumpster, it was disgusting. Everytime it rained hard my windows leaked. I had water stains everywhere and was always told that they were working on the problem and that I was not the only one with problems. I was fed up, why pay high prices for a dump. The Reserve is not all it is cracked up to be. Trust me you could pay a lower price and have a nicer home, or a little higher price and have a really nice home. DONT RENT YOU WILL REGRET IT!
