Ladies and Gentlemen:

Do not rent from these people! This place is the worst I have ever seen! Below I will break it down.

1) Management. Disgusting. The girls that work in the office are very immature and do not know their job. They lost a package of mine that was delivered with over 30 dollars worth of uniform items...THANKS! Ofcourse, I immidiately inqured to them where my parcel was...
"I don't know, sir."
"What do you mean you don't know'"
"I can't find it..."
"Well, where do you keep all the packages then'"
"Oh, we just leave them here in a pile in the middle of the room."
"Unattended!'!'!"
"Yeah..." never recieved my package...If you don't have to deal with them, you should get along fine. God help you if you do...

2) Maintenence. What maintenence'!'!'! We (my wife and I) Contacted them several times about multiple leaking windows in our apartment...They took the time to notice that we had 1 more cat than we were supposed to have. (I admit we broke the rules. We keep our animals and apartment VERY clean) We complied and got rid of the animal. :( Oh, by the way they never fixed the problem we called them about...As a matter of fact, I am watching it leak right now all over the carpet and blinds. Our window frame, blinds, carpet, walls, and more were ruined. Knowing them, they will try to charge us for that stuff, too! Ha ha ha! I hope they do! That brings me to my next subject...
3) Money! When we initially were looking at the apartment, they told us we would be paying 8 hundred and some change a month...HA HA HA! Try 1100! LOL! Oh! Not, to mention on top of the deposit, 1st and last month, you will also be paying 50 for washer and dryer (if ya need it) and 50 a month for EACH animal...on top of the pet deposit. Now, I am by no means an expert on the subject, but, isn't that what the pet deposit for'!'! You will also be paying cable and water through your rent. Oh, when you sign, be sure to ask them about all the fees and riddicullus penalties for the most minute crap!
4) The good: The pool and gym are very nice. (they use it to pull you in...believe me...Ive seen them do it...) Also, the actual apartments are very nice. We were very impressed. (minus the bleach stains on the carpet) That is all I can say for "The good stuff."

In summary, for the money, this place is crap...My wife and I cannot stay past our one year lease!!! For less money, we purchased a BEUTIFUL house in Maysville...not that far away. Folks, I am a nice guy and do not ask for alot...this place, over all, has disgusted me. Do all the millitary that lives here, and do not rent from these people!! I cant wait to move out in June. I have a basset hound and I knew the rules when I moved in. NO MORE THAN 2 Pets. My deposit was $99.00 cause I have good credit, you must have had bad credit to pay first months rent. They never make you pay more than $25.00 per pet per month. Also washer and dryer are $45.00 a month. Did YOU READ THE PRICE SHEET AT MOVE IN ??? As for the windows I understand that stinks. I am second floor and have had no problem like that. As for the post master. They always lie and say they delivered it, the one time they said they delivered it and my mom had it, it was returned to sender. The post office is the problem not so much the girls in the office. You are just upset because of the window which is understandable. I really like it here and maybe you are just difficult. Cause your pricing is WAY off. But good luck.

I have outstanding credit. I did state that I broke the rules. I knew I did and I complied. I think you are totally missing the point...but, oh well... one more week and i'm out of this hell hole. You are probably with the reserve...lol By the way...I paid 50 for each pet AND washer and dryer...if it is the price you say, they changed it.
