Don't let the fancy pool and clubhouse trick you. You can find apartments just as nice in Jacksonville for less money. I was told rent for my 1 bedroom would be $650/month. Yeah right! I have never got a bill for less then $750, they tack on all kinds of fees.
The people who own these apartments own several apartment building in NC. They know how to get you to sign the contract (which they do not want to give you time to read) and then leave you hanging.
The girls in the office are immature and do not care about renters issues.
The people above me sound like a herd of elephants.
The construction across the street wakes me up at 6 a.m. 7 days a week.
I have a small cat with no claws. Yet I had to pay a pet fee of $325/animal to move her in. Not a deposit a FEE, they call it a deposit to make you think you will get it back but you won't. When asked what it was for I was told for the dog walk/poop lot. Well, my cat doesn't use that and she makes no mess in the apt.(she doesn't even have claws remember)so I just don't get it. Then it is an extra $25/animal per month too. So basically I pay the same for my cat that the elephants pay upstairs for their 100 pound dog that they let pee on their porch, which drains to mine. GREAT!
The dumpster is always overflowing.
There is NO PLACE TO PARK. They let God and everybody park there and so when my husband and I go to park we have to carry our groceries over about three buildings from the overflow parking.
Our cars have been broke into twice. And now we have a fat rent a cop that walks around and does nothing but cost us more money and heckles us to get out of the pool early.
You can't have anything on your porch. Like a welcome home sign for your husband or a towel drying or a mop or a rug, etc...they will fine you!
Please shop around before you rent here, I wish I would have.

My thoughts...I think your a complainer and you should move out! Who would want a neighbor like you anyway.

I agree your just complaining I love it here and have never had a problem I just redid my lease for another year and they offered me my pet DEPOSIT back before they knew i was going to re-lease from them anf i always get a parking spot in front of my building
