It's true, the 1 bedroom/1 bath is $15-$20 more than a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment at other locations; but, the square footage is the same. This means that you have a very large bedroom and a very large bathroom. My husband and I last rented at Windsor and we would definitely recommend the Reserve over Windsor. The staff doesn't bother you, the apartments are 100 times nicer.. you have a larger pool, a gym to work out in, free DVD rentals, etc. The only problem we've had is an air condition leak that they fixed. Overall, it's worth the money.
