We've been renting here for 2 years and couldnt be happier! Our apartment is very roomy for the 3 of us, the few maintenance issues we've had have been addressed the SAME day with a follow up call within an hour of the problem being fixed, maintenance staff is TOP NOTCH (polite, friendly, professional, efficient and responsible), the gym is great, and the area is super safe (as long as you walk towards the commons and not towards Walmart), the grounds are well kept... this is the one of the most expensive apartment complexes but, for me having a small child paying the extra is well worth it.
My only complaints are: the OFFICE staff and the noise. With the office staff you will either get an awesome representative that is polite and considerate OR you will get one of the rude, unprofessional and ill-mannered jerks that they hire from time to time. It all depends on who you deal with on any given day. The noise isnt too bad, I mean what can you expact from having a hundred neighbours. What sucks is that you can hear the movements of your upstairs neighbours (we're lucky, ours is very quiet) and the stairwell is simply made of plywood so you can hear every person that goes up and down - and I hate those people that stomp!
Overall we have been very happy living here. If we didnt have to move because of work I would continue to rent from here.
