I moved here on my own while my husband was deployed. I was a bit scared to sign a lease without seeing an apartment but I had to just go for it. Some of the reviews on here are extremely negative for no reason. Jacksonville is a pretty run down place. Its hard to come buy an area like this and a complex as nice as this. The one bedroom apartments compared to other "luxury apartments" are a great deal and so are the three bedroom. I currently live in a one bedroom and it is very spacious. The bedroom is very very big and the closet is very accommodating. I know a family with a three bedroom and those also are extremely spacious for an apartment!
As for maintenance they are GREAT. I have had a few problems come up ( which... come on its an apartment complex with hundreds of apartments of course its gunna happen... just get it fixed). But they are VERY good with taking care of things. They have a few maintenance people that come the same day you call to request. If no they come the next morning. They are great here. The location is key. I think you'll love it here.
