My Husband and I moved into Town Center Apartments, when he graduated MCT, because we needed to find a place fast. When i first went into the office, they were great, the people who work here are very nice. Thats about the only good thing about this place. I asked to see the apartment before I moved in, and was told that wasnt possible. When i moved in, they didnt clean the place from the last people that lived here. When I asked for them to clean it,, they told me I would have to wait another week before moving in. I was staying in a hotel adn that wasnt possible. So I cleaned it myself. Ive had an exteminater out here at least onnce a month since I moved in a year ago, and there are still roaches. I am from Florida, and I know that there are going to be bugs, but I have never had this much of a problem. The A/C works for about a month then breaks. My husband called the office a month ago to fix the A/C and they still havent been out. He just fixes it himself now. The floor is falling in in several places. The paint is chipping, and the windows dont open. 2 of my widows are broken,and I was told that wasnt there problem. The linoleom is disgusting and wont come clean. The bathroom is the worse. There is no seal between the wall, and bathtub, the bathtub wont drain. There is a large hole in the wall behind the toilet. The bathtub is about to fall through the floor. and no matter how many times i scrub it, it wont come clean, there is mold everywhere in the bathroom. My neighbor got robbed at gun point, by a guy claiming his wife was boken down adn he needed gas money to get to her. and the same guy who robbed him, came to my house and knocked on the door, and only left cause I have a very protective dog, and I opened the door with my shotgun, that my husband bought me, cause he doenst feel safe with me here. You hear gun shots on a nightly basis. Its such a shame when a marine who fights for his country doesnt feel safe in his own neighborhood. DO NOT MOVE IN!! I know its cheap, but spend the extra money and move somewhere else. I move out in 2 months and cant wait!!!! This place is horrible!
