I currently live in these apartments and have not been disappointed. Rent just went up to $450/mo on a 1 br because of the increase in costs from the utilites that they pay for: water, trash, basic cable. They did however replace all of the windows to help with the cost of electricity. Nice neighborhood, quiet, well maintained grounds and apartments. I have had some trouble with getting problems fixed. My air conditioning went out this summer during the hottest weeks and the person who was supposed to fix it dragged his feet about it and gave me some lame excuses and tried to blame it on me, but it did get fixed. No bugs in this place either which is a HUGE plus for me. The apartment is on the small side (I'm guessing around 525 sq ft), but cute and perfect for someone without a ton of stuff.

UPDATE: Just had my furnace break down. Maintenance was in my apartment and repaired the furnace that evening and they were very friendly about it as well.

My Husband and I are Moving from Wisconsin to The NC Jaskconville are and Im interested in these partments but cant seem to find any pictures of them, COuld you help me out with how to locate some? -Thanks-
