I've lived in the complex for a year and a half now, and haven't once ever had a problem. For the most part, management is pretty nice. They do, on occasion, enter the apartment without notice, but it's usually only to replace the air filter and they're in and out pretty fast. Someone does come in and check for bugs every 4 months or so, but he is the nicest old man, and he too comes in, checks and is gone within a minute. I live in one of the one bedroom apartments, which is more than enough space for me and my fiance. We don't really have any bugs here, but I am borderline ocd with my cleaning so bugs haven't ever really been a problem for me. The only complaints I have are small ones. One being the laundry room, it's very expensive to do a load (1.75 to wash, 1.75/1.5 to dry depending on the dryer you choose) and the dryers don't always dry. On many occasions I've had to run a load twice in the dryer to get it done. The other complaint being that they don't allow pets. Those are really the only bad things I could come up with to say about the apartments, and those are pretty minor. After a year and a half here, thats the worst thing I could say so it's obviously not to bad here. Especially not for $450 a month including water and cable. Electricity bills aren't high at all and it's a very quiet place to live. The distance around the complex is exactly a half mile, so it is an excellent place to walk. Could you post some pictures of the outside? and the kitchen? Im going to try and move there soon and would like to see it more. Thanks for the post of some pics though! Helps!
