i have lived here twice in two different apartments and if i ever came back to Jacksonville this would be my first and only choice. It is a very quiet place, i never saw drunk Marines running around all night like at other places. As far as bugs, your going to have them if you don't clean or if the doors are left open. Every time i needed maintenance it was either fixed that day or the next. Also the staff was great, when i moved out the first time i noticed how thero she was with the cleanslness of the apartment before moving. As long as i used small nails on the wall, not stickies i could hang as many things as i wanted. but i strongly recommend to live here.
