These apartments are a good price for the tight budget. The studio apartments are small and are comfortable for only a couple. The 2 bedroom is a reasonable size and good for a small family of 3. I been living here since June 2003 and had no problems with utilities and such. The parking is not assigned and is free to all. The parking okay during the daytime, however if a person was to come home late, for example 8-8:30pm they will have a hard time finding a parking spot directly infront of their apartment. The noise level is okay. Most people are curtious and be quiet during the hours of 10pm-9am. However, the wall of the apartments are somewhat thin so you can hear alarm clocks going off and such. I felt that is a safe community. The people are relatively friendly but have a tendency to do their own thing and are busy with their own lives. In all, I definiately would recommand these apartments to a friend.
