I was so so so excited when I first pulled up to what looked like a brand new awesome place to live! Great surroundings, seemed like awesome people... Until they got our security deposite, that by the way they uninformed us we didnt have to pay! We needed a place to live badly and I didn't want to stay in just any ole place in Jacksonville. The run down places are run down and want more for rent then we could afford! The people that work in the office are rude, and not helpful at all! I had a problem with my apt that I reported and 2 weeks later wasnt fixed! Come to find out, they gave the guy the wrong apt number and I got stuck in my apt due to my door problem! They will find any reason what so ever to fine someone. The apt was cleaner when we left after I cleaned it, then when we moved in! Parking is crazy, because people from other buildings would park infront of mine, making me have to walk farther and I am pregnant! I complained, but nothing was done! The noise, outrageous! We had to go to apts and ask them to turn music down numerous times! Where was this so called "security guard" they have on duty' They fail to inform tenants of stuff that they need to do when they move out or what not, but they are real quick to send a "threatning" newsletter out about pets or noise! When money is involved they are real quick to jump up and take action! They have this new part time girl in the office... Totally clueless and real rude... But I wouldnt expect much more coming from who she was trained by! They race around on the apt golf carts on saturdays when people need help! There is more to go on and on about, but there is no need to waste my breathe since I no longer lived there! And I know several other people who are breaking lease to get the heck out of there! That place mise well be in the middle of the not so nice neighborhood and be run down! By the professionalism of the staff and the way things work around there, that might be sooner than later!

* This is coming from people who always paid rent on time, never had music playing, we went to bed at 9 pm for godsake! We didnt have pets... Never once broke the rules.. We are a quite couple who kept to ourselves and never caused problems! *
