I am a current resident at Windsor and I have been very happy with my stay. The maintenance and office staff are awesome and you couldn't ask for better help.My only complaint is that I think these apartments are a little overpriced for the way they have just been thrown together, but there's nothing that the office workers or maintenance can do about that.
