The outside of the apartments look nice. Even the inside of the apartments seem to be kept up. But...

First of all, I agree with the person that said, "The staff is nice to you until you give them the deposit." -That is so true! They are nice to your face when they are trying to get your money and for you to sign a lease. After that, they could care less! Not nice at all!! Do NOT go out of their way to make you feel "at home."

Secondly, if you like living with mommy and daddy (aka Windsor Staff) this is the place for you. You can't walk down the sidewalk without doing it wrong. They are too strict and are ridiculous about their parking rules. (My husband left his truck in the same parking spot for 10 days and was asked to move it or it would be towed.)

Thirdly, the walls might as well be petition walls you find in an office. Every night we'd either hear the neighbors upstairs fighting about God knows what (which by the way was very loud) or we'd hear them having sex. -Quite the mood breaker for me and my newlywed husband.

Point is, it's not what you'd expect. Sure, the price is lower than most apartments -but even that is 100 dollars more than what it was when we first leased. (We've only been here 6 months!)
