Windsor place is a sad place to live. They people that work there, have no courtesy, are rude and clicky. When you walk into this office you expect top notch service. It is not that way at all. They are rude, and spend their times having random conversations with other people and ignore you as you walk in. While tenants come in and need to speak with a leasing agent or a manager.

On top of everything else...you wonder why Tribute Properties the owners of Windsor Place would allow such people to work their.

The apartments are lovely but the staff makes it worth every penny to pay out the ears at another apartment community.

It's sad and a shame, that these people have not been well trained.

I hope they make a change in their staff or you will not see many more people renting here.

Everyday I will repost this until they make a change in their community

While tenants come in and need to speak with a leasing agent or a manager.I am the one who wrote this review yesterday and i wanted to add a few more things. We are military and we have not lived there. The apartments are nice...but we were treated so rudely by the staff...simply because of the random conversations in the lobby area. I dont know if it was work related but the way they were talking it did not seem work related. It was a huge distraction. No other apartment communities in jacksonville, area even the not so nice looking communities treated us like this. I however decided not to lease an apartment in this community...due to this reason it was a huge turn off

I am thinking about renting from Windsor so I thought I would check this site out and compare these responses to that of the ones that I have heard from friends that have lived at Windsor for years. They have never said anything like you did about the staff. The only thing that I heard them complain about was someone letting their dog use the bathroom in an area and not clean it up, which is not much the office employees can do in a situation like that unless they catch that certain person. I'm sorry but your response doesn't make a lot of sense. At first it sounded to me like you lived there, but at the end of your posting you said you decided not to rent from them because of the so called issues that you seem to have found, so which is it, did you live there or not? I find it hard to believe that someone who is just looking at an apartment can gather that much information in such a short amount of time. It sounds to me as if you may have been or still are a resident that possibly could be mad about something and this is a way for you to get back at the company. Maybe something wasn't fix when you thought it should have been, but hey if that's the case get over it and move on. I know that if I do decide to move there I wouldn't want a neighbor like you.
