I have live here almost six months, some of the reviews are true. When we came to getting an apartment it was hard. The staff is little help at all. I almost rented a studio apartment soon as i found out that it had a window unit air conditioner i decided on a two bedroom. Which i like for the most part. You can tell that the rooms were built cheaply. But for two people it is enough room. Also yes they ride around in golf carts but i haven't seen them since it has been cold. Also they give warning notices for one complaint. They don't check into it, i was complained on about noise at a time me and my husband were gone, but that didn't matter. As far at maintenance, they have always been helpful to me. I do not like the fact that they just come in no matter if your there or not. After one knock be prepared for someone to just walk in. The staff is very noisy. And don't expect them to answer the phone. You can call for hours, then ride over there and see them just sitting around talking. At night it can be loud at times, i don't even know how many nights i have heard people yelling. And about the bugs, we have only had ants. You could tell they were coming from downstairs. you could see them outside and around the front door. They came in through a wall near the kitchin. We sprayed the area and haven't seen any since. Mold has been a small problem. when it rains the windows leak and mold develops on the window seal. Also i have never seen this secruity staff i read about, i don't think they have it anymore. And parking can be a problem in the evening. All in all if you don't mind minor problems or rude staff then you should be fine here. It is one of the better places to rent. It is a little more than i think it is worth, and they do have alot of rules. But i would rent here again.
