Military families DONT DO IT!!!!!!!This place is nice from the outside, but if you stay there long enough you will see the dark side of the windsor ---- hole. This is not a kid friendly place. Ever weekend and most week nights someone has to be that guy yelling and being belligerent throughout the neighborhood. Believe me you can hear everything in those cheaply constructed apartments. The worst part is those lazy and ignorant women that work at the front office. They have no respect for a single person that walks through those doors. All they see is a dollar sign walking in. I don t know how the other places operate in Jacksonville, but this place is not the one. If at all possible find a place out of Jacksonville, the drive will out weigh the --------......
